do not participate with any insurance plans, including Medicare.
Payment in full is expected at the time of the appointment unless other
arrangements have been made prior to the visit. Many plans do make
provisions for reimbursement for therapy provided by out-of-network
providers. You will receive a statement at the time of your office
visit that you may submit for reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
